Today yoga was all about meditation and focusing on your mental state. I was having a really hard time focusing on yoga with all of the other things going on in my life today. School stress and worry for my brother was paramount in my mind today. I became so frustrated with myself for not focusing, I lost whatever focus I could have had from the day. Oh man, who said yoga was easy?!
